At Kangaroo Day Care Center, which has been established now for six years, we strive to show your child love and security by making each day full of fun and interesting things to do and learn. Our toddler program is made up of promoting self esteem and independence and any discipline we give will be of a positive nature.
We are of the opinion that a good program for young children should include experience in language development, art, ethics, literature, math, music, nutrition, science and self discipline and these subjects are taught through activity, exploration, play, songs and stories following a full or part time schedule.
The activities take place in one of our four classrooms, our big and safe playground and in two outside areas where we have motorcycles and swings and there is also a special quiet area for the children to take a nap. Hot food and light snacks are available in a separate area during lunchtime and all meals are cooked from fresh on a daily basis by our cook.
We encourage parents to take part in events during the holiday periods when we have lots of interesting entertainment such as puppets, dancing and movement to music. We also have guests for special occasions for example, a clown or a magician. Your child will be safe in the Kangaroo Day Care Center as everything is secure; the teachers are all experienced and have CPR and First Aid knowledge.
We are open from 7am to 6pm Monday to Friday throughout the year and we invite you to come and join us to see how we have created a warm and caring environment to help your child's emotional and developmental growth.
